Become an Ambassador!

BACH is piloting an exciting new program, Ambassadors, which is designed to raise awareness on policy efforts directly affecting neighborhoods and encourage resident participation in advocacy related to community health, while connecting Boston residents with organizations in their neighborhoods. Our hope is that this program will help in coordinating grassroots advocacy efforts across the city. We are recruiting 2 residents of all ages from each neighborhood of East Boston, Roxbury/Mission Hill, Jamaica Plain, South End and Dorchester, who are already actively engaged in their neighborhoods & able to connect with and mobilize their neighbors to take action on social justice and public health policy issues, to serve as Ambassadors. Ambassadors will be provided with a stipend to continue the work they are doing, join the neighborhood coalition in which they are working in, and actively recruit/engage Boston residents to join BACH’s constituency group.
