The Massachusetts Department of Public Health is looking for individuals/organizations interested in participating on one or two different committees: the Determination of Need’s Community Health Initiative (CHI) Statewide Initiative Advisory Committee and/or the CHI Healthy Aging Fund Advisory Committee.

One is for funds that go into a pool of money and can be used for health planning and for areas of the state that do not have access to Determination of Need (DoN) funds. The other is a Healthy Aging Advisory Committee that money from DoNs from nursing homes will fund. Primarily, members of each committee will contribute recommendations for the direction of the two funds.

Applications are due no later than 5:00 pm on August 2. If you are interested in applying to both committees, you will need to submit a separate application for each.
