The Boston Alliance for Community Health (BACH) is undertaking the MOBILIZING FOR ACTION THROUGH PLANNING AND PARTNERSHIP (MAPP) health planning process in partnership with Boston neighborhood coalitions, community-based organizations, health centers and hospitals.  

 

Open to all interested:

neighborhood residents, community coalition members and staff from community health centers, hospitals, community development corporations, community-based organizations, etc.
